James has amassed an impressive 35 years in the construction industry; from his days as a bricklayer, through to assistant site manager working for large PLC companies, then onto Senior Site Manager.
Now in his role as Project Manager for Prosperity Developments , James oversees all of the teams at our Broad Oaks development in Downton Market. Running the project through to completion, James oversees all aspects of on-site including health and safety, procurement and site build programme management and planning.
In his spare time , James enjoys spending time with his family , and watching an array of sports.
